The house on Arla and house Duncan are similar, they have two bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and carport and both of the houses have the same price.

The differences are that house on Duncan is made of brick, has a big yard and a low heating bill. However the house on Arla is made of wood, doesn’t have a yard and it has high heating bill.

Conclusion

If I was the person who has to bay the house I would buy the house with better quality and a good price.
